Solar Panels
Our 400W monocrystalline panels feature 21.3% module efficiency, IP68 junction boxes, and a 25-year performance warranty. They use standard MC4 connectors and work with all charge controllers.
Cables & Connectors
Use properly rated copper cables for battery-to-inverter connections. For 48V systems, we recommend 25mm² (4 AWG) cable for runs under 3 meters and 35mm² (2 AWG) for longer runs to minimize voltage drop.
Mounting & Protection
Battery wall-mount brackets, DC disconnect switches, surge protectors, and combiner boxes ensure safe, code-compliant installations. Always install overcurrent protection between the battery and inverter.

Do I need special cables for ChenXin batteries?
For 48V battery-to-inverter connections, use at least 25mm² (4 AWG) copper cable for runs under 3 meters. Use 35mm² (2 AWG) for runs over 3 meters. MC4 extension cables are needed for solar panel connections. We provide cable sizing guides with every order.
Are ChenXin solar panels compatible with other battery brands?
Yes. Our 400W monocrystalline panels use standard MC4 connectors and are compatible with any solar charge controller or inverter, regardless of battery brand. They work with 12V, 24V, and 48V systems.
What maintenance do LiFePO4 batteries need?
Virtually none. LiFePO4 batteries are sealed and require no watering, equalization charges, or active cooling. We recommend periodically checking terminal connections are tight and ensuring the BMS firmware is up to date. The built-in BMS handles all cell balancing automatically.
Do you provide installation support?
Yes. Every ChenXin system includes detailed installation guides, parameter sheets for major inverter brands, and remote technical support via email and Telegram. For complex installations, we can connect you with certified installers in your region.
What is the warranty on accessories?
Solar panels carry a 25-year linear power output warranty and 10-year materials warranty. Cables, brackets, and small components have a 2-year warranty. All warranty claims are handled directly by ChenXin Energy with fast replacement shipping.
