Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. For large battery storage systems, we offer consolidated shipping via sea freight for cost savings. Contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer responsibility. We provide all necessary shipping documents to facilitate customs clearance. DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping is available for select destinations.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through our website or the carrier website.
Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products in their original condition. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.
Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@chenxinenergy.com with your order number
- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Ship the product back to our designated return address (provided with RMA)
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the buyer responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
